First Floor Bath and Living Room

Well, my brother’s iPhone charger seems to be M.I.A, and evidence of the ice dams have been seen on the freshly painted master bedroom ceiling. But, other than that, things are going swimmingly over at the condo.

Notes: New light ($74), mirror ($70), faucet ($78), vanity top and sink ($188). For the price, I’m particularly proud of that vanity top and sink. Knobs were part of the $50 purchase. Flower thingies and picture from my house.

Notes: Chair, couch, side table, and lamp from my mother and Phil’s. Television stand, painting, and additional knick knacks from my house. I refinished the coffee table and the little round spindle table.

The realtor seems to be tickled pink with what I have done.
