Carried Away

I know I promised not to show you yet another photo of my annual spring fire, but I couldn’t resist.

There really hasn’t been that much brush in the yard to pick up this year, so I went through it pretty quick back in March. After a little more picking up this month, though, I had another small pile to take care of. So I started one more fire.

And then I looked around.

It was either get back to weeding (which I’ve already had enough of for the year), or find something a little more entertaining to do.

So, I decided to do some straightening up in the woods and pick up some tree limbs.

I may have gotten carried away.

What can I say. I take after my mother.
