Nicole worries that I am disappointed in her.
I try to convince her that is not the case.

(Nicole) Copper got into the food in my backpack and made a mess. She is so annoying. But she is so cute, and I love her to pieces.
(me) Exactly.
(Nicole) Mom!
(me) But are you disappointed in her?
(Nicole) No. … Wait. … Mom! Stop making good points!
